Director–Research & Evaluation
Robin Leake has over 15 years of experience in social science research and program and training evaluation, with an emphasis on implementation research. She has expertise in research design, selection and development of instruments, data collection, analysis and interpretation, utilization-focused reporting, grant writing, consulting, and project management. She is skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as all levels of program evaluation. Dr. Leake currently manages the evaluation and research team at the Butler Institute for Families at the University of Denver, overseeing the design and implementation – of all projects, including four HHS-ACF Children’s Bureau Grants. Dr. Leake is the lead evaluator for the National Child Welfare Workforce Institute and the National Resource Center for Tribes. Dr. Leake holds a Ph.D. in Social/Health Psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She a member of the California Social Work Education Consortium Training Evaluation Symposium, the Society for Social Work and Research, and the American Evaluation Association, and has authored several publications and presentations.
