Ann Deaton, MA

Research Assistant

Ann Deaton joined the Butler Institute for Families in July 2011.

She is a graduate of Ohio University with a Master of Arts degree in Sociology. She has several years of experience with coordinating research and evaluation projects, including implementing multi-site surveys, providing technical assistance on data reporting, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, and writing reports and peer-reviewed journal articles. She has experience with various software programs for data management and analysis, including SPSS, SAS, ATLAS.ti, and Microsoft Access. Her current work at the Butler Institute involves analyzing data, writing reports, and coordinating evaluation activities for the Mountains and Plains Child Welfare Implementation Center and the National Resource Center for Tribes projects.
