Description:
We focus on organizational and systems change interventions that influence the quality of services provided to children and families. Our research and evaluation team examines the implementation of new practices and strategies in child welfare and related service agencies. Using implementation science and theories of organizational change, we evaluate projects with states and tribes to initiate systems change and best practices in child welfare services.
