When your workers don’t adequately perform their job responsibilities, it impacts you, your unit, and the families they serve.
As a supervisor, this one-day training will help you approach this difficult topic and explore the reasons for the underperformance.
Apply techniques learned to elicit positive change and move towards improved performance.
